Who we are
Yusr Educational Solutions is dedicated to strengthening the academic development of students across K-12 Islamic schools. We recognize that faith-based learning environments have unique strengths as well as distinct operational challenges, particularly when it comes to supporting diverse learners, navigating federal Title funding, and building sustainable systems for teaching and learning. Yusr exists to make those challenges easier—so school leaders and educators can focus on nurturing student growth, well-being, and connection to their learning.
Our work is shaped by more than a decade of experience in urban public education, English learner program leadership, curriculum design, and educator development. We believe in relationships first, systems that make educators’ lives easier, and improvement that is realistic—not overwhelming.

What we do
We partner with private Islamic schools to help them understand, access, and maximize Title-funded services. From identification and compliance procedures to instructional design and high-quality professional development, we guide schools through every step of building robust supports for diverse student populations. Our approach blends technical expertise with practical implementation: clear processes, actionable coaching, and school-specific solutions that build long-term capacity.

About the Founder
Yusr Educational Solutions was founded by Dr. Dawud Klayton, an experienced K-12 leader with over a decade of experience in English learner programming, building compliant systems, curriculum design, instructional coaching, and professional development across urban public schools. His work spans classroom teaching, district-level leadership, and designing training for more than 100 schools—giving them a practical, system-level understanding of how to build strong, compliant programs that truly support students. Dr. Klayton is deeply committed to uplifting Islamic schools with clear processes, high-quality instruction, and a service-driven approach grounded in real experience.
